[] The meaning of the word "boolfight" - The word 'Bool' comes from a mathematical context: the Boolean Algebra. In this environment, the only elements that exist are 'true' or 'false', i.e. in computer language '0' or '1'. The concept of Bool has been the foundation of all the modern digital technologies and seems to confirm another foundation of our modern civilization: Pythagoras saying "everything is number". However, our reality simply cannot be summarized with a mere sequence numbers, zeroes and ones. In that respect, the meaning of 'Boolfight' can be described as an allegory about the modern human condition. That is: the conflict of human nature (being alive, rather complex and able to adapt) versus the growing alliance of community and digitalism, and their joint effort in over-simplification, abstraction and rigidity.

[] Where is the band really from? - Boolfight is native from France, and more precisely from the French Riviera. MaN is French and so are Toon and Pedro. Nowadays, the band mainly spends time between Paris, France and San Francisco, California.
